Good ventilation is extremely important for an atmosphere of focused study - so we designed a unique wall panel with a standard window and a light cum venlik slit - allowing for 50% more light and ventilation in the space
Pre-Cast walls with tongue n groove joints - reusable In case of future expansion.
The structure incorporates state-of-the-art precise wall panels that enhance durability while reducing construction costs. These panels have been meticulously designed to ensure optimal insulation, providing a comfortable learning environment year-round.

13-Foot Internal Clear Height:
The interior boasts a spacious ambiance with a generous 13-foot clear height. This design choice offers ample vertical space, fostering an open and airy atmosphere conducive to learning.
Sloping Roof:
To address Dharwad's ample rainfall, the building sports a sloping roof. This architectural element not only complements the aesthetics but also facilitates efficient rainwater drainage, effectively managing the local climate's challenges.
